PBN started in Kansas City in 1982 with a single specialty focus and has grown steadily and methodically ever since (at an average rate of 15% per year). As we grew, we expanded into other specialties and in 1991, changed our name to Physicians Business Network: a name that more accurately reflects our focus on the business of medical practice and better represents the breadth of our service offerings.

PBN serves as a business partner, liaison, and coach, capable of managing entire medical practices, or just filling in the expertise you need. Our main focus is on relieving physicians from the time and hassle of identifying and maintaining business relationships with other professionals and service providers. And we insulate doctors from having to take their time and attention away from their patients to understand and comply with today's complex regulatory environment.
